Acceptance of Terms

By using BillShrinkr, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What BillShrinkr Does

BillShrinkr is a subscription management tool that helps you:

  • Track your subscriptions manually (you enter the data)
  • Calculate costs and identify potential savings
  • Get recommendations on which subscriptions to keep, review, or cancel
  • Export reports (Premium feature)

Important: We don't connect to your bank accounts or automatically import transactions. All subscription data is entered by you.

Free vs Premium

  • Free accounts: Limited to 3 subscriptions. All core features available.
  • Premium accounts: Unlimited subscriptions, PDF export, and premium features. One-time annual payment of €10.

Premium is a one-time annual payment. You can cancel anytime, but refunds are not available for the current year.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of subscription data you enter
  • You must keep your account credentials secure
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
  • You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose

No Financial Advice

BillShrinkr provides tools and recommendations based on the data you enter. We are not financial advisors. Our recommendations (Keep/Review/Cancel) are suggestions based on cost and usage patterns you provide. Always make your own informed decisions about your subscriptions.

Service Availability

We strive to keep BillShrinkr available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We're not liable for any losses due to service unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

BillShrinkr is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for:

  • Any financial decisions you make based on our recommendations
  • Data loss (though we use industry-standard backups)
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Third-party service failures (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel)

Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
