By accessing or using BillShrinkr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.BillShrinkr is operated by Äctvli Responsible Consulting (ÄRC).
BillShrinkr is a subscription management tool that helps you:
Important: We don't connect to your bank accounts or automatically import transactions. All subscription data is entered by you.
Premium is available as a recurring subscription:
Cancellation: You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your Account page or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the applicable rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will notify you before any price changes take effect.
Right of withdrawal: Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. To exercise this right, contact us at reachout@actvli.com within 14 days of your initial subscription.
BillShrinkr provides tools and recommendations based on the data you enter. We are not financial advisors. Our recommendations (Keep/Review/Cancel) are suggestions based on cost and usage patterns you provide. Always make your own informed decisions about your subscriptions.
The BillShrinkr service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Äctvli Responsible Consulting (ÄRC). You retain ownership of all subscription data you enter. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
We strive to keep BillShrinkr available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We're not liable for any losses due to service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BillShrinkr and Äctvli Responsible Consulting (ÄRC) are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice where possible. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Finland. This does not affect your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
If you have a dispute, please contact us first at reachout@actvli.com so we can try to resolve it. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
